• Outpatient Family Medicine is a 4 week, primarily outpatient based experience. This will include working with faculty and residents at the Center for Family Medicine, Falls Community Health as well as geriatric clinics and time with home health nursing personnel.
• Geriatric Medicine is a 4 week elective and emphasizes outpatient geriatrics and the multiple community resources to be utilized in providing optimal care for the elderly patients.
• Family Medicine Inpatient Team elective is a 4 week rotation allowing the student to work one-on-one with CFM residents and faculty managing patients in the inpatient setting.

Medical students are encouraged to visit the program at any time. We are available to provide resident and faculty time to help provide information to potential applicants of the program. This can include hospital rounds with our inpatient family medicine team, time in the clinic setting to observe resident and faculty interactions and informal visits with residents over lunch or evening activities.
